Intellectual Property Notice

All intellectual property rights associated with AMERICAN RAILWAYS™ / US RAILWAYS™ are and shall remain the exclusive property of the company.

 

Trademarks and Brand Assets.
AMERICAN RAILWAYS™ / US RAILWAYS™ owns and controls all federally registered, pending, and common law trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand identifiers. This includes, without limitation, the federally registered trademark SENAID® (USPTO Registration No. 7,146,340), as well as US RAIL, US RAILWAYS™, USA RAILWAYS, UNITED STATES RAILWAYS, AMERICAN RAIL, AMERICAN RAILWAYS™, US TRAINS, AMERICAN TRAINS, RAIL FORCE 1™, AMIDAC™, AUTRAI™, ARAILCO™, QUIKWELD™, and QUIKBOND™. Pending U.S. trademark applications include Serial Nos. 99503375 (AMERICAN RAILWAYS™), 99510305 (US RAILWAYS™), 99494487 (QUIKWELD™), 99526729 (AUTRAI™), and 99499490 (QUIKBOND™).

 

Patents and Patent Applications.
The company owns issued patents and pending patent applications, including but not limited to U.S. Provisional Patent Application Nos. 63/983,277; 63/973,618; 63/973,614; 63/815,873; and 63/805,289, together with any non-provisional applications, continuations, divisionals, foreign counterparts, and related filings derived therefrom.

 

Proprietary Systems and Trade Secrets.
Ownership further includes proprietary know-how, system architectures, engineering designs, AI systems, software platforms (including AUTRAI™), copyrighted materials, confidential business methods, and trade secrets protected under applicable federal and state law, including the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836).

 

Domain Names.
AMERICAN RAILWAYS™ / US RAILWAYS™ owns and operates the domain names www.USRailways.com and www.AmericanRailways.com, along with related digital assets and online properties.

 

Restrictions on Third-Party Use.
No third party may use, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, license, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from any AMERICAN RAILWAYS™ / US RAILWAYS™ intellectual property without prior written authorization.

 

No Implied License.
Nothing contained on this website, in any memorandum of understanding (MOU), proposal, presentation, or communication shall be construed as granting any license, assignment, or transfer of intellectual property rights absent a separate, expressly executed written agreement.

ADA Compliance, Accessibility & Non-Discrimination Statement

AMERICAN RAILWAYS™ dba US RAILWAYS™ (“US RAILWAYS”) is a private company operating proprietary research, development, and engineering facilities that are not open to the general public. Access to our R&D, testing, and engineering facilities is restricted to authorized personnel and invited partners only.

US RAILWAYS is committed to non-discrimination and accessibility in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. We comply with Titles I, II, and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), as amended; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; and all other applicable accessibility and civil rights requirements. With respect to transportation systems delivered in partnership with public agencies, US RAILWAYS designs and engineers vehicles and related systems to meet applicable U.S. Department of Transportation accessibility regulations, including 49 CFR Part 37 (Transportation Services for Individuals with Disabilities) and 49 CFR Part 38 (ADA Accessibility Specifications for Transportation Vehicles), as administered by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), where applicable.

Public Transportation Systems: Any trains, rail systems, vehicles, or transportation platforms developed, manufactured, or delivered for federal, state, or local governmental use are engineered to comply with applicable ADA accessibility requirements, 49 CFR Parts 37 and 38, and other relevant federal and state transportation accessibility standards in effect at the time of procurement or deployment.

Effective Communication: Where required by law and applicable to our services, US RAILWAYS will provide appropriate auxiliary aids and services to ensure effective communication for individuals with disabilities, which may include qualified sign language interpreters, assistive listening devices, accessible digital content, and alternative document formats.

Reasonable Modifications: US RAILWAYS will make reasonable modifications to policies and procedures where legally required to ensure individuals with disabilities have equal opportunity to participate in applicable programs, services, or activities.

Non-Discrimination: US RAILWAYS does not discriminate on the basis of disability, race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, veteran status, or other protected classifications under applicable federal law, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and applicable California civil rights statutes.
